Job Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Veterinary or equivalent.

  • Daily monitoring of production performance

  • Inventory of animal feeds, farm supplies and equipment
  • Preparation and submission of monthly sales forecast, farm staff incentive & report with analysis
  • Management of schedule of culling and replacement of new ready-to-lay pullets
  • Preparation and submission yearly budget plan
  • Ensuring strict implementation of bio security measures in the farm
  • Designing and creating sales and marketing strategy for farm produce
  • Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College degree in Accountancy or any business related course
  • Candidate must have knowledge in legal compliance and basic law
  • Candidate must be analytical, detail oriented, excellent in problem solving and excellent in both verbal and written communication
  • Candidate can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Candidate must be willing to do field work
  • Candidate must know how to drive a car and with valid driver’s license

  • Ensure compliance to lawful regulations, company policies and control procedures

Job Qualification:
